I’m Jill and I’m a Pilates mat and reformer instructor now based in Vancouver. I’m also also training to become an anatomy and biomechanics specialist with ‘Body Harmonics’.

About This Class

Reformer privates offer you the benefit of working one-on-one with me - with everything tailored to your goals and unique body needs.

In Pilates, we use the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.

With my background in post-rehab and a strong interest in strength-based training, I bring a unique approach to my teaching.

My journey with teaching Pilates began after I overcame injuries sustained in a car accident. This experience ignited my passion for strength-based training, and I'm dedicated to helping clients feel both strong and resilient. I specialize in both private lessons and strength-based reformer classes.
